Aligning elongated products
Orientation magnets facilitate the compact packaging of nails, bolts and other long ferromagnetic parts in automated packaging lines.
Design of orientation magnets

- Switching: fully automatic, via an electric controller.
For dosed in-feed we suggest combining an orientation magnet with a magnetic feed conveyor.
Orientation magnets - also called magnetic nail aligners - align long steel parts in the desired position and help to pack your product as compactly as possible. They are often used in automated packaging lines, for example nails and bolts.
