New range of permanent lifting magnets

The new permanent lifting magnets, recently added to our delivery programme, are suitable for fast and safe lifting and moving of individual fixed loads such as sheet metal, shaped parts, forgings, castings and profiles with a range of 100 to 3,000 kg. Permanent magnetic lifters operate without an external energy supply. They have a compact design, are low in weight and manually switchable. These types of lifting magnets are the most commonly used lifting magnets. They can be used both indoors and outdoors and are pleasant to use. The advantage of such magnetic lifters is that they can easily be switched on with one hand without sliding over the surface of the product to be lifted. The magnet also switches off smoothly without recoil from the handle.

Magnetic lifters find worldwide application in all branches of industry where magnetisable metal workpieces must be moved, such as in the construction industry for moving heavy structural elements like steel beams and panels. Innovative magnet system offers safety and maximum efficiency

The steel components in the lifting magnet are 100% nickel-plated. The magnet is easy to operate by hand. By swinging the self-braking operating handle just 90°, the magnet is activated. This ensures that jamming between or burning the material to be hoisted is practically impossible. In addition, the lifting magnets are completely recoil- and self-braking-free, making them extremely reliable and safe to use. The patented design reduces the internal air gap in the magnet system with which we achieve higher performance with the same amount of magnet material. This makes the magnet extra strong, even under harsh conditions, and also means the price-performance ratio is optimal. Thanks to the seamless construction without welds, tapered transitions or milled recesses, the system is robust and virtually indestructible. This ensures a long service life and minimum maintenance.
