The ferrite overband magnet with Tri-pole magnetic system offers powerful ferrous separation at an excellent price-performance ratio. The unique Tri-pole magnet configuration with an extra auxiliary pole focuses the magnetic field downward with minimal side dispersion. This reduces contamination on the housing and extends cleaning intervals.
Compared to traditional duo-pole systems, the Tri-pole design enhances ferrous particle agitation, resulting in higher extraction efficiency and improved separation of ferrous parts. An extended weakening pole facilitates the smooth transfer of particles out of the main magnetic field, allowing them to travel further before discharge. This not only reduces belt wear but also lowers strain on the drive, bearings, and rollers - leading to reduced maintenance and a longer service life.
Additionally, these overband magnets are available in specialized cross- and inline configurations, designed for maximum particle agitation and extended transport distances.
